Course Details

A Barista is a professional who makes and serves beverages such as coffee, tea and specialty beverages. They are responsible for taking customer orders and payments. They also clean and sanitize their work areas, seating areas and equipment/tools. Today’s barista are also required to have knowledge of complimenting food served along with the beverages.

Certificate in Advance Barista skills is a customized intensive 8 days’ workshop course that provides learners with the advance knowledge, skills and confidence to work as a Professional Barista in Cafes and Coffee-Shops in Hotel and Restaurants. 

NOTE: This course is only offered to those students who verify to have successfully completed 1 Month – Basic Barista Skills Training previously.

With the provided training, learners should be able to produce great coffee, cold beverages and effectively manage an Outlet or Coffee Shop Department.

    • Different Manual Brewing Methods followed Internationally .i.e V60, French Press, Aero Press, Mocha Pot and Syphon
    • Detailed understanding of Drip / Pour Over Methods
